Tell us about your first kiss.  Who was it with?  How old were you?

I don't remember my first kiss. But I have a much better story - about the first time a guy showed me his penis!

I was in high school - I think it was the summer of 1978 - so that would make me 15.

I had a major crush on Tim - but he was WAY out my league. Soooo handsome. Sooo smart. Soooo funny (he could recite every Steve Martin standup routine from heart! In fact, he was even at the Blues Brothers 'concert' where Steve Martin was the opener!). I loved being around him but knew I only got to be there by being best friends with his best friend's girlfriend, Kathy.

Kathy had bunches of friends from Chicaco staying at her home for the entire summer (she had just moved to SoCal that year). Pretty much the entire rest of our clan also stayed at her house overnight. We must have enjoyed a big pool party because on this particular summer night, there were 33 of us sleeping on the floor in the living room, her bedroom, and the downstairs den.

I don't remember how but in the middle of the night, with everyone else asleep, Tim and I both ended up awake. He got up and headed for the kitchen - and beckoned me to follow. I would have followed him to the ends of the earth. [did I mention the major crush?!?]

I think we talked for a bit. I don't really remember. I just remember him sitting on the kitchen counter, fully erect and fully exposed. I was across the room and I just stared. I was dumbstruck. I didn't know what to do. I didn't know what to think. So I didn't do either.

Tim (wonderful, patient, Tim) finally broke my trance. "Do you want to touch it?"

"Uhhh. No."

"Okay."

We eventually went back to the living room and, as far as I knew, that was the end of that.

Well, thank gawd I didn't know anything! A week later, Tim and I crossed paths again... and we both learned that I had gone from "uh, no" to "GIMME-GIMME-GIMME!!"

He turned out to be a wonderful... instructor... over the next couple years (like I said, patient!). I wish I had known then that it would take me 20+ yrs to find another partner as good as him. I also wish I could find him now to say thank you - and to tell him he wasn't taking advantage of me. The strawberry daiquiris were not necessary... they didn't affect me. I used to laugh to myself because you thought you/I needed them - I just wanted to get busy (but had not yet developed the confidence required to initiate it). Tim is the big "where are they now?" of my life. I hope he's blissfully happy. He made me so.
