Lightly. No visible damage to either car - not a single scratch on either bumper. But it was my stupid fault.
All was fine till the other driver mentioned that he might 'find engine damage' by light of day. And his wife & kid were in the back seat - plenty of opp to claim medical injury - even though everyone stated they were fine (I asked repeatedly).
Just what I don't need. I KNEW going to DerW for a hot dog was a bad idea. But I was having an odd craving and couldn't think of anywhere else that has dogs. I KNOW to listen to instinct... so why did I ignore it?
Must hope the guy is good at heart and, despite not giving me his insurance info after numerous requests, is not going to invent BS stories for money. But if he does, there's nothing I can do.
If I'd taken a xanax before I went out, maybe I wouldn't have become so irritated by the incomp DerW staff and thrown my car into reverse, to get the fuck out of there before I intentionally hurt someone, without looking. Such is life. shit happens.

Was here at 820am. Had a device that sounded like spaceships. Made noises for about 15 min then left, saying he'd be right back. He left his parking cones so I guess I should be more hopeful.
