I don't know who does this. It's a recent development and it's driving me NUTS. Every day - someone uses 1/2 a little mini creamer and then puts the other half on top of the water cooler - as if someone else is going to walk by and think, "ooooh, just what I need - an already opened 1/2 teaspoon of creamer!"

THROW IT AWAY!!

And that also goes for the people who use 1/2 a packet of instant cocoa, fold up the package, and then put the rest in the box. Because I've noticed that those people, finding their unused 1/2 packet the next day, do NOT use the stuff they left behind the day before - they OPEN ANOTHER PACKET and put 1/2 back in the box.
