Not only did I get to hear her speak today (always amazing and empowering) but she also suddenly stopped, walked to me and said, "I know you!" - apparently remembering me from when I took and intro with her in July. Or from a "kindred spirit" factor. No matter - having my "spiritual leader" single me out in a positive manner made my day!!

THANK YOU for getting that! I tell people, I'm in the class, doing the semi-naughty moves, getting my groove on, thinking about some hot man I'd consider doing the move for - and start to realize my arms are burning and, hey... wait a minute... we're doing push-ups!! We're just doing them circular instead of the standard up/down.
