Things on Tuesday
No:
- Foreign language videos that translate 1 in 10 words, or a similar but different phrase, instead of what was actually said (the movie I was watching last night was leaving out tons of stuff).
- DVDs that don't play (have to get a replacement of The Proposition)
- Already lost my productivity mojo (I just want to sleep today)
- No big rainstorm today (the news was predicting one); in fact, it's sunshiney w/only a bit of hazy cloud floof
- I somehow, stupidly, made plans for every single day that I'm off. They're mostly fun things - but they're also obligations and obligations stress me out and this week was supposed to be about relaxing.

"Sex and Bacon" - I really really liked this book!! It's basically a collection of stories/essays on craving & consumption, of both food & sex. With some recipes thrown in. Surprisingly, it totally works.
- Boo sleeping under the covers this morning (another new thing for her)
- Seeing a cute opossum in the backyard (it was at eye level so it's nose looked stubby instead of all rat like)
- Having a week off
