Wow - that's a HUGE improvement. My girls would be going out of their minds with all of this going on so take heart if your kids are in good spirits and only a little freaked out.
When the cable guys were here installing our modem Soph hid under the bed for 2 days and wouldn't come out at all. Funny: They were no where near her favorite spots and kept themselves to the basement only.
Moshi is fine - he's a "chill cat". I think Boo is outside somewhere. She's freaked - but she was before this even started. She'll recovery quickly - especially if I move the furniture back to where they're used to finding it. Espressa is, I think, in her closet and will probably come down a couple hours after they leave.
Because of the framing, the new windows are narrower than the old ones. I expect the cats to be totally confused when they don't fit in them like they used to. Plus, I'll be closing the bottoms and opening the tops at night - which is really going to confuse them.
