I hurt everywhere
Working out was a BITCH!!
I popped something in my back during the warmup and now I can't turn my head left. When I told the instructor (Stacy, my first time with her - I liked her) she said she thought she heard it during class. But, no... she was hearing my bad knee cracking. It's such a joy getting old!
There were supposed to be 7 people in our class but it was just another girl (first time L2) and me. As I expected, I could barely do 1/2 the warmup and sucked at this week's pole trick ("Peter Pan" aka: bent knee V-split), while the she did great (she's a skinny/fit thing). So it was fun to sneak peeks of her during warmup and see her doing totally wrong moves (which makes me laugh cause all you have to do is look at the instructor to see what you should be doing) or being really stiff, not yet in touch with her sensous side.
I was EXHAUSTED by the end of class. Couldn't catch my breath. Chest hurt (I'm pretty sure I burned about a billion calories - but they were all heart muscle instead of fat). Took my time getting redressed... just sat in the lobby trying to convince myself to drive home rather than fall asleep right there.
Soo... in typical Leenda fashion, I "rewarded" my hard work with some awesome slut shoes (they were on sale; that makes it okay) and a Carl's Jr Famous Star burger (okay... 2 of them)(and a choc cake)(and a rum & coke). (why am I fat?)
I'm still sore but my mood is higher!

Well, all i did was stretch on my floor and dance around my bedroom a bit like a nerd and I am sore. So congrats, and keep it up! (I'm trying to....blerg!)
and yeah, someone told me, when you see that dubious error message, open your page in a new window to check to see if it actually went through.
Hell yeah for going to the workout and OH HELL YEAH for those SHOES!! Those shoes are the shit.
Don't expect to be able to change all habits at once, my lady. Start out small and stick to it. Like this week, stick to all the workouts. Next week, stick to the workouts and mabye switch up your mixer to a Coke Zero or something. You can do anything you put your mind to. :-)

And ain't Vox just great - it did that to your meme the other day, too. Got me on a post the other day. And I never got a reply from them, either. Not even an acknowledgment.
For these, the trick is just to make sure you set your toes down flat, no walking on the side of your foot or you'll eat it.
You can walk in ultra high heels without absorbing movement in your hips but it's a hell of a lot sexier if you take your time, slow struts, boobs out, total attitude on your face!
Ideally, you won't be upright in them for long anyway!
the walking practice is good for flats/barefoot too - good way to learn to absorb shock in your hips and/or sway them to woo potential partners!
