BERLIN (Reuters) – Even the most quirky of computer nerds can learn to flirt with finesse thanks to a new "flirting course" being offered to budding IT engineers at Potsdam University south of Berlin.
Ha! I wonder if you realized this at my school? It is only for Masters student sthough - the PhD students are assumed to be beyond help.

The Hörsaaltrakt just means lecture hall and the "death strip" (Todesstreifen) is the no man's land between two rows of razor wire that made up the Berlin Wall when it was outside of central Berlin.
So the press release is mentioning that another lecture (after the flirting one) will be a reflection on 20 years after the fall of the wall and that it is a particularly appropriate place to hold the lecture since it exists where that no man's land used to be.
But I have no idea what that has to do with German girls?! :-) Thanks for the encouraging words but I am pretty happy with my girl situation right now.

This got me to wondering if German girls have "a thing" for Canadian men (like US women do for AU men). Good luck!!

Thanks for the lesson on the other part!
