7:23am - Still No Moshi
Thanks to everyone for the good juju in the previous post.
Neighbors must be ready to kill me - I was whistling for Moshi till 1:30a (though few & far between after midnight), and resumed as soon as I woke up, at 7am.
Still no response - to being called or the sound of his food. VERY unusual. He's never disappeared in cold weather before. I'm currently holding out hope for the "locked in someone's house/garage" theory - which would explain why he's normally home by now but not today - he's previously done this on worknights so people would have let him out earlier than they might on a Saturday.
He's prone to cat fights - but only because he doesn't understand "personal body space" issues and how he pisses off other cats. He seems to think warning hisses are play. I'm really concerned that he's injured (or dead) and unable to make it home... waiting for me to find him. (no guilt or anything)
This is not helped by knowing I have a horoscope for today that says something about not moving, or leaving home, unless it's a matter of life or death. What did they mean by that?? That I'm supposed to stay home till Moshi comes back and has to be rushed to ER? (no, I don't believe in astrology - it's just adding to my paranoia)
Damn... I love Moshi but I hate owning an indoor/outdoor cat!
