i try to get a mani/pedi every 2 weeks or so. it's not as dramatic as with fingernails. I don't know why. they just buff down any edge so it blends with the natural toenail. every month or 2 i end up breaking one (i seem to slam my toes into a lot of stuff) and they take off the old acryclic and start that toe over with a new acrylic.
